Spell Jar Workshop
Creating a concrete reminder of your goals, which helps you focus your energy and manifest your dreams--Spell Jars are a potent way of channeling your energy and intention to manifest whatever you desire. In this workshop, we will create our own spell jars using crystals, feathers, herbs, and more. Once your spell jar is assembled, I will guide us in a special visualization/meditation to support the magic you are creating. Save your spot here!

The Chalk It Up Festival is a Sacramento tradition, a gift to the community. With the help and partnership of our generous sponsors and donors, we’ve kept it 100 percent free to the public since 1991, over 3 decades!

Ritual Oil Workshop
I will share with you my wisdom and experience working with dried herbs, crystals and essential oils to support you in creating your own ritual oil. This is an aromatic experience that allows us to anchor the spiritual in the physical through stimulating the olfactory senses and heartfelt intention. Plant Medicine Meditation
We will use gentle plant medicines to engage with nature in an intentional way. Explore different plant medicines in a safe environment, receive education around the plant, its properties and effects, and how to use it in a spiritual practice. Set intentions before embarking on a guided meditation that is relevant to the particular plant medicine.
Each month we'll engage with a different plant: cacao, blue lotus, hapé, microdose mushrooms, kava, kratom.
This month will be a hapé ceremony.

Radical Ritual
A seasonal gathering focused on esoterica, for those who wish to deepen their practice and be in right relationship with the Universe. As a group we will learn how to incorporate more rituals in our daily lives by honoring the seasonal shifts, marked by the Celtic Wheel of the Year and the Chinese Lunisolar Year. We will discuss the current astrological energies at play and engage in a ritual that is inspired by these longstanding traditions.
This is a call to step into your magic while in communion with likeminded folks who are also on their on journeys of self discovery. Ritual is human nature. Let's return to our collective essence.
